He has tried or been consulted on civil and criminal cases with a concentration in personal injury work ranging from maritime to medical malpractice. Mr. Wolfstone's knowledge of maritime work includes cargo damage cases, maritime collisions, and Jones Act injuries aboard ships. Maritime cases are a small and occasional part of Mr. Wolfstone's law practice, and serious personal injuries in the shoreside context are his greatest emphasis.Mr. Wolfstone's law practice has been based in the same office in downtown Seattle since 1974.
