Employment Discrimination Work

I had originated and tried to a conclusion a landmark race discrimination case in the State of Washington (Haddix v. The Port of Seattle) with assistance in which the 12 person jury awarded more money that we had chalked up in closing argument. The Port paid the verdict and attorney's fees without filing any appeal. Subsequently, I handled dozens of discrimination cases based on race, creed, religion, housing discriminatin, gender and sexual orientation discrimination.
