Doug Holt Complains that Mr. Wolfstone is "hiding behind legalese" when Mr. Wolfstone informs him that oral preliminary negotiations to do not consitute a Real Estate Contract. Doug Holt made me an offer (a bargain basement offer) for my real estate to which I never made a counteroffer. He sent me a series of emails in which he referred to "Our Agreement." I informed Doug Holt that we do not have an Agreement simply because he has made an offer -- not accepted by me. Now, nearly two years after our negotiations ended, Doug Holt bitterly protests that he still wants to buy my property. Doug Holt did offer Earnest Money but he has never offered any proof that he is qualified to buy my property. To add insult to injury, Doug Holt claims that I told his son that I assualt women with a toilet plunger. Doug Holt is bitter and angry, and his story becomes more and more fabulous each time he tells it.
